Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we will let you know whether it is approved. Approved refunds are sent within 7 working days by mobile banking or bank transfer.
